Beverley RogersRidgefield, Connecticut Founding Partner
Our founding partner, Beverley Rogers, practices from our offices in Ridgefield, CT and White Plains, NY. Bev's primary areas of practice are: Litigation, Employment Law, Real Estate, Probate and Estate Administration, Business and Commercial Law. She is a graduate of Pace University where she received a J.D. from the Law School in 1998 and a B.A., Cum Laude, in 1991. Bev was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 1998; in New York and the U.S. Southern District of New York in 1999; and the U.S. District of Connecticut in 2001. Before practicing law, Bev was employed by the State of New York as a Court Reporter. While making an official record of the proceedings she also gained valuable skills and insights into trial tactics, procedures and the psychology of witnesses and juries. Bev's board memberships include the following: Ridgefield Visiting Nurse Association. Community activities include: Co-President of the Discovery Center of Ridgefield, Coordinator of the "Ambassador" program of the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the following Bar Associations: Connecticut, Westchester Women's, Greater Danbury, Connecticut Trial Lawyers, National Employment Lawyers Association, Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association. Bev is co-author of "Comparing the Rules in Three Jurisdictions: Can Extrinsic Evidence Be Considered On a Motion To Dismiss Or To Strike?" Westchester Bar Journal, Vol. 35, No. 1 (200*), p. 19.
